Fist visit to Brazil, Sorocaba, pleasant staff, very helpful on reception.spoke very good English too. Restaraunt at breakfast very good selection, fruit, cereal, tea.coffee, juices, bread, toast, hot food, cold meats, cheese, waiter even asked if we would like an omelette, Would definitely stay again as so close to the malls, shopping areas, supermarkets. In the hotel Jon & Uvaron exceptional in the restaraunt, :) 😀

Nothing to worry about it. Perfect stay for 1 or a couple of nights. Executive suites are amazing. Room utilities and staff reception are a plus.

Breakfast was great. Gym was fresh. Valet service for a fair price. Dogs allowed. The room was a very good standard.
